What exactly does the $3 get me?+

Everything. The $3 is not a deposit or down payment — it's the full cost of the entire 3-month pilot program. It secures your position on the waitlist, confirms your seat (Pilot 1 or 2), and gives you complete access to missions, mentors, cohort community, recipe library, portfolio building, and marketplace. Programs like this typically cost $200–$500. We're running it at $3 because we want real operators, not spectators.

Why do I have to pay to join a waitlist?+

Because demand has far exceeded our capacity. We had over 1,200 requests and only 500 Pilot 1 seats. The $3 payment serves two purposes: it separates serious operators from casual browsers (people who pay are 10× more likely to complete the program), and it guarantees you a seat — either in Pilot 1 (May–Jul) or Pilot 2 (Sep–Nov). Free waitlists don't work. Paid commitment does.

What if Pilot 1 is full — do I still pay $3?+

Yes. Your $3 still secures your seat, but you'll be placed in Pilot 2 (September 1 – November 30, 2026). Same program, same mentors, same $3 price. The only difference is timing. Early payers get Pilot 1 priority. You can also request a refund at any time if you'd rather wait.

I haven't finished the Foundation resources yet — can I still join?+

Can I get a refund?+

Yes. The $3 is 100% refundable if you change your mind before your pilot starts. No questions asked. But once your pilot begins, your seat is locked in and the $3 is non-refundable (it's $3, after all).

Will there be more pilots after Pilot 2?+
